I am so tired of all the so called news ads I see on my facebook page for some ridiculous weight loss pill. They claim celebrities keep thier weight off with some herbal pill and they lead with this Weight Watchers angry because some celebrity has come out and said they really lost the weight from some miracle over the counter pill. Listen I get it, weight loss/gain is a very emotional thing and we want to believe it is that easy but it you know its not true even if you want to believe you know.

Most of us are lazy and even though we know it's not real we just want to belive it so much we ignore logic. Why exercise if you can take a pill?
