Debloating Smoothie

Debloat smoothie is the cure for the over indulgent night before. I've gone out and ate maybe a little too much or if I binged on junk food and I wake up feeling uncomfortable and bloated. Drink this smoothie in the morning and you will feel better and be less bloated. The potassium-rich content will help flush out excess sodium. If you are a little constipated the fiber rich spinach will help. This is only 250 calories.

Debloating Smoothie from Popsugar Jenny Sugar

1/2 cup of pineapple

1/2 cup of papaya

1 frozen banana

1/4 cup peeled cucumber

1 cup chilled coconut water (hangover cure)

2 cups spinach

4 ice cubes

Blend until smooth
