Why don't French Women get fat, mindful eating. Eat food that has nutritional value, stay away from empty calories. She never eats in front of the TV or while driving, it is not just about food but the experience. Sit at the table to eat your meals even if it is just you and take time to set the table, remember it is about the experience so create one. The parisian woman will take her time in preparing and plating her food even cutting her fruit in a more decorative manor. Being mindful is to be aware of what you are doing and being present in that moment. The best diet I ever did was quite simple, if he didn't have 'real' nutritional value I didn't eat it.

Plan out your meals

Sit at the table to eat, no phone or tablet

Play some classical/opera while you eat

Eat off of a plate not paper or styrofoam, you can replate fast food

Make a picnic and enjoy lunch under a tree at the park with a book

If you have to eat at your dest clear off all of your work, turn off the phone and computer and take 20 minutes it will make you a better employee

Do not rush, put your silverware down inbetween bites and enjoy what you are eating.

If you are going out that night for a party then cut your calories at breakfast and lunch to save calories for the night out.

Remember the best anti aging secret is to feed your skin with the food it needs to behave properly.
