Geranium Oil
Essential oils are becoming more popular everyday from wellness to beauty with these oils being listed as key ingredients in countless products. With everything you need to be sure you are getting the best quality oil by reading the ingredients as well as how they are pressed and if you are wanting to use oils internally be sure you are getting a food grade oil. I have been using geranium oil for several months for it's inflammatory benefits as well as anti aging and I have been happy with the results. I started using essential oils when I was became sick mainly because I could no longer afford or justify buying my high end beauty products so I began making my own skincare products. I am a skeptic by nature but have to say I have been very pleases with the results I have gotten. One of the benefits to making your own skincare products is that you can control the quality of the ingredients and since I am not using heat or adding chemicals to increase the shelf life I am actually getting a better product. Geranium has several benefits but I am just going to focus on skin care and some topical uses.
