Every morning I drink warm water with the juice of 1/2 lemon before I eat or have a cup of coffee. Its a simple thing to add to your day and has so many benefits. On top of that I drink cold water with lemon 6 times a day for anti inflammatory benefits. Again its an easy thing to add.
