We all know Kale is good for us and how we need to add it to our diets. I don't know about you but I am not a huge fan of the taste or texture of Kale. Not to mention, I am not good about getting all of that stuff into my diet. I sneak into my smoothies otherwise I would never eat it.
You really need to eat Kale raw because when you cook it you lose all of the nutritional benefits. If you want to eat it as a salad I find letting it sit in the dressing for a few hours helps. I have also read massaging it the kale will help soften it up.
Kale is cheap and available at almost every grocery store.
